How do I place a listing?

There are three simple steps to place a listing

1. Log in to your account and under the Create Listing tab choose what type of listing suits your needs.  The options to choose include horse listing, stallion listing, product listing, or service listing.  

2. Fill in the information and upload your videos and pictures.  The listing form was created to help maximize exposure for your listing.  Please take your time to fully complete the form, this will help your listing receive better exposure by enticing the user to stay on your listing’s page for longer.

3. After you finish the listing form and have uploaded the photos click the submit button.  The listing will be reviewed by our dedicated team and will go live shortly.

If you would prefer your listing is managed by the staff at HorseConnector.com kindly email the details directly to info@horseconnector.com.  Your listing will be upload and you will receive login details so you can track your listing.

I uploaded and paid for my listing, why am I having difficulty finding it?

Listings must be checked and approved by our team of dedicated professionals before going live.  This process exists to maintain the high standards of HorseConnector.com and to assist in promoting transparency. 

How do I edit my listing?

Log in to your account and open your dashboard.  Click the edit button next to the listing. Once you finish click the save button and the listing will be sent to our team of professionals for approval before going live. Any other changes can be emailed to info@horseconnector.com

How long will my listing remain online?

Horse listings and product listings will remain online for 3 months.  Stallions at stud and service listings will remain online for one year. When your listing is up for renewal you can easily re-activate it without having to re-do the listing. 

Can I change/replace photos on my listing?

You can change/replace a photo at any time, free of charge.  Simply follow the directions above regarding to “How do I edit my listing?” section.
